Teaching and learning using new media is one of the focus topics at the upcoming didacta.

Inhalt-Linke-Spalte

Teaching and learning using new media is one of the focus topics at the upcoming didacta – from education in schools to private and professional further education. Didacta's lifelong-learning approach offers the perfect setting for all things eLearning, from a comprehensive overview to in-depth exploration of existing knowledge areas. The organizers also promote a networking approach and exchange of experiences within the eLearning sector.

In addition to the core three-day Professional eLearning expert meeting, the program includes numerous presentations, discussions and initiatives.

eLearning joint stand

The eLearning joint stand occupies the center of the exhibitor area once again in 2012. The eLearning Journal presents this special eLearning area in collaboration with VEBN (North-German eLearning Business Federation). The whole focus here is on using new media in training – whether in the classroom or in the business world. Around 40 exhibitors will take part in the joint stand to answer questions about everything to do with eLearning. The joint stand offers a quality, broad-ranging overview of training services, with the accent on professional further education.

Xing eLearning Network day

Date: Thursday, 16 February 2012

The ninth Xing Network day has the motto "Further Education 2.0." The program addresses professional further education needs and methods, and will highlight and examine 2012/2013 trending topics, where eLearning stands in companies today, and where it might be heading. Facts and figures from the most recent studies, to be published in the 2012 eLearning yearbook, are also presented. The major focus: real-world applications.

The representatives of the 17 best eLearning projects meet at didacta to receive the eLearning Award for exceptional service in various sectors. Particular attention goes again this year to cooperation between project partners. Participation levels are particularly satisfactory, with many large projects again submitted for this second edition of the awards.

Further information is available in the eLearning Journal.
