Once the show is underway, all your efforts will be focused on making quality contacts and presenting your products and services to optimal effect. We have the right mix of services to smooth this along and ensure you and your customers feel right at home. We can provide staff for your stand, exhibitor passes, video production services, stand cleaning, freight forwarding, exhibition insurance and catering services. All of which we’ve been doing for years and years, so you can trust us to get it right!
The exhibition grounds are always open during the stand setup and dismantling periods. Stands must be complete by 6 pm of the last setup day. The daily working time during these periods may not exced 10 hours (German law places limits on the amount of time worked). For further information and permits granting exceptions please contact the regulatory agency (Staatliches Gewerbeaufsichtsamt), contact on the right side.
Permits granted by the responsible authorities of a German state in which a company has its registered office will also be accepted. A general work permit for work on Sundays and public holidays is not required.
Hall Supervisors
Assistance and information are available in each hall from all supervisors and their staff. The hall supervisors are on duty from 07 February to 22 February 2012.
