TORO DESK TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The main carrying foot of the desk is made from oval profile of 20*40*1,5mm which is twisted by automatic machine after having been cut. In the front part of the desk the tube of Ø25*2mm is welded horizontally between the feet. Plastic closures are attached to the foot ends of the desk in order not damage flor.
The metal materials to be welded are attached together by the tig welding method. For welding tig welding wire of SG2 0,8mm is used applying to AWS/ASME SFA 5.18, ER 70 S-6, EN 440, G42 4M G3S? 1 and mixed gas guard application is made in order to protect the seals from oxidation. All metal parts are firstly processed by phosphatizing in order to be cleaned from the foreign materials such as filth and rust and and to make paint diffuse. The materials processed are dried in temperature of 60 ºC to be prepared to electrostatic application of powdered paint. The products processed by paint application are taken into the oven in temperature of 230 ºC in order to make the paint adhered to all surfaces levelly and strenghten the scratch resistence. Chromizing is also possible depending on customer's request.
The upper panel of the desk is monoblock coated by first class beech veneer of 12 mm thickness. The beech coats are in thin plates and attached by chemical glues. They are manufactured by cutting in special CNC machines according to the requested shape after having been pressed under pressure. Over the table panel is coated by laminant material of 0.4 mm thickness. On the panel pensil box is opened by CNC machines and the boxes are processed by finishing. The same process is applied to the edges of the desk table.
The processed cover of sheet material cut by laser is placed on the front part of the desk and book rack made from sheet material is placed under the table.
The heights of the desk are manufactured in three different way according to TS EN 1729-1 ve DIN EN 1729 standards.
